DSP Real Estate Capital announces the $17.6 million acquisition of Frontier Apartments, a 182-unit apartment community in Roanoke, VA. The acquisition marks the company's second acquisition for 2020. Established in 2020, DSP is managed by a team of commercial real estate investors and industry veterans focused on acquiring multi-family properties in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina. DSP extends their appreciation to Drew White & his team at Berkadia, who brokered the sale for the Seller and Stephen Karbelk, CENTURY 21 Commercial New Millennium, who represented the Purchaser.

In August 2021, DSP Real Estate Capital acquired White Hall Apartments, a 12-unit apartment community adjacent to Frontier Apartments, for $750,000. DSP extends their appreciation to Clay Taylor with Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, who brokered the sale for the Seller and Stephen Karbelk, CENTURY 21 Commercial New Millennium, who represented the Purchaser.
