DSP Real Estate Capital grows equity through income and value appreciation, created through managing multi-family communities.  The principals have over 50 years of combined experience with real estate investments and operations and over $900 million in career real estate loan underwriting and sale transactions. DSP Real Estate Capital controls more than $130,000,000 in real estate investments.  We currently own over 1,100 multi-family units. Within the next 24 months, we target to control over 2,500 multi-family units.
